Dutch Cult Heroes “Sad Iron” will reunite for the Heavy Metal Maniacs Festival in Hoorn this year. Formed in early 1980, Sad Iron played live until 1986, only doing a few reunion gigs after that (the first at the very first Heavy Metal Maniacs Festival). After releasing a demo and a split live album (with Seducer) they recorded their debut album “Total Damnation” in just one day in 1984. A follow-up album was recorded in 1985 named “The Antichrist” but never released. 

Sad Iron will play at the second day of the Heavy Metal Maniacs Festival.
