Ook Spartan Warrior, opgericht in 1980, is in de NWOBHM scene geen onbekende. Met hun eerste album “Steel ‘N’ Chains” werd de fundering gelegd wat later als speed, power of thrash metal zou worden gedefinieerd. Ook het tweede album “Spartan Warrior” zou een gewild metal collectors item gaan worden. De broers Neil Wilkinson en Dave Wilkinson vormen het hart van Spartan Warrior en dat heavy metal hart klopt nog steeds stevig. Hun laatste wapenfeit “Hell to Pay” laat maar één boodschap horen: Keep it metal! We zijn er trots op dat deze NWOBHM helden in P60 het podium gaan bestormen!
